 Re: Chapter 182: Kailani
Oooh. Not quite so much of a pushover now I think.
Two typos: There is still a "[word]" in there talking about Conrad and there is an 's' floating around on its own between paragraphs.
So, is the "Wait" from Conrad or Doug?

 Re: Chapter 182: Kailani
OK, *that* is the Big Bad Thorne Girls' plan?
I am disappoint. Not so much about Massima, who is obviously literally crazy about Conrad, but about the rest of her crew.
Another typo: "[gas mask]" twice.

Who said the last line?
Continuity note: I thought the mind control prevented plans that hinged on attacking babies? For this reason, I assume they're bluffing.

The last line will be apparent in the next chapter. I promise there is no continuity fail.

 Re: Chapter 182: Kailani
I am now envisioning that "Wait" as a disembodied genderless voice.

A personification of the Workings? That could be cool...

 Re: Chapter 182: Kailani
"The school geasa won't let you." Isn't the first rule of Addergoole geasa that you don't talk about Addergoole geasa? So Allyse has had visions about the Thornes needing Kailani along for one specific hunt? Interesting. I'm not sure I would have agreed as easily on that additional clause, though. I mean, who's to say that they don't need her as disposable bait, cannon fodder or bargain material? Typo: "This could, she realized go badly." missing comma after "realized".

 Re: Chapter 182: Kailani
Well there was the rider "not going badly now".
My reaction to this was *happy dance*! And did Kai accidently tell them they're sisters?

 Re: Chapter 182: Kailani
She totally did. Now the question is, has any of them picked up on that? Do they believe her or do they think she was speaking figuratively there?
